Question 1

Why does my order say four to eight days before it even ships?

Accepted Answer

Because nobody has started making it yet. Made-to-order pieces are hooked by hand after you buy them — the desk basket takes about nine hours of actual work, the bouquet about sixteen. We show that time honestly rather than hiding it inside a vague 'processing' window.

Question 2

Can I change my address after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if the parcel has not shipped. Message us with your order number and the new address and we will update it. Once tracking is live it has left our hands, and you will need to redirect it with the courier instead.

Question 3

Do you deliver to my PIN code?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to every serviceable PIN code in India. Metro cities take two to four days in transit, most other places four to six, and the north-east and islands six to nine. If your PIN code turns out to be unserviceable we refund you the same day.

Question 4

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. We would rather do one country properly than five badly. Join the newsletter and you will hear the moment that changes.

Question 5

What if I just don't like it?

Accepted Answer

Fourteen days, no argument, no restocking fee. Return shipping is ₹79 if you changed your mind, free if the fault is ours. The piece needs to be unused and back in its box.

Question 6

Can I return a personalised piece?

Accepted Answer

Not for a change of mind — once your initials are stitched onto it, it can only ever go to you. But if the personalisation is wrong, misspelt or badly stitched, that is our error and we will remake it free. Send a photo.

Question 7

It arrived damaged. Now what?

Accepted Answer

Photograph it before you do anything else, including the outer box, and message us within forty-eight hours. We will remake it or refund you in full, your choice, and you will not have to post anything back.

Question 8

Is personalisation really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Initials, a name, a date, or a message on a kraft tag — all free on any piece marked as personalisable, and it adds no time to your order. We do it because it takes about four minutes and it is the part people photograph.

Question 9

How many characters can I have?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the piece and the space available, and the field on the product page enforces the real limit. Initials on a bunny ear cap out at three; a message on a bouquet tag goes to forty.

Question 10

Can you make something that isn't in the shop?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. We take custom work — wedding favours, corporate gifting, a plushie of somebody's actual dog. Send us a photo and a rough budget through the custom orders page and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well.

Question 11

What does gift wrap actually get me?

Accepted Answer

A kraft box, a tissue nest, a jute bow, and a tag written by hand in real ink with whatever message you give us. ₹49 per piece. There is no printed slip and no plastic anywhere in it.

Question 12

Can you send it straight to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

Yes — put their address as the delivery address and your message in the gift note field. We never include a price anywhere in the parcel, on any order.

Question 13

Do you do gift cards?

Accepted Answer

We do, from ₹500 to ₹5,000, delivered by email instantly or on a date you choose. They never expire, which is not a legal requirement, just a preference.

Question 14

What can I pay with?

Accepted Answer

UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking from every major Indian bank, and cash on delivery. COD adds a ₹29 handling fee and is available on orders up to ₹5,000.

Question 15

Is my card safe?

Accepted Answer

Card details go straight to Stripe, who are PCI-DSS certified. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits and nothing more — there is no card number anywhere in our systems to leak.

Question 16

Where do offer codes come from?

Accepted Answer

From Offer Shorts. Every short in the deck carries a real working code for the piece it features. Watch one, copy the code, or hit the shop button and it applies itself.

Question 17

Can I wash it?

Accepted Answer

Flat pieces like coasters go in a laundry bag on a gentle cold cycle. Stuffed pieces are spot-clean only — the stuffing bunches if it gets soaked and never quite comes back. The full care guide has the detail.

Question 18

Mine looks slightly different to the photo.

Accepted Answer

It will. Every piece is worked by hand, so shade, size and stitch placement vary a little between them. The photograph shows a representative piece, not the exact one you receive. Anything that stops it being lovely, though, is a defect and we will fix it.

Question 19

Is it safe for a small child?

Accepted Answer

From three years up, yes — the eyes are safety-locked from inside and the stuffing is hypoallergenic. None of it is a teether, and charms with chains and clasps should be kept away from small children entirely.
