Everybody asks where it is from
Three separate people at work asked in the first week. The red is a proper deep red, not orange. The little daisy on the clasp is a nice touch I did not expect.

When will it reach you?
Every seed on this strawberry is a separate hand-stitch in cream cotton. There are forty-one of them. We counted, then we counted again because nobody believed the first number.
The body is a deep true red rather than the orange-red most yarn ranges default to, which is why this photographs so well against a dark bag. The leaf crown sits proud of the body instead of lying flat, the cheeks are needle-felted so they will not peel, and there is a tiny daisy hooked onto the gold clasp as a free extra we could not talk ourselves out of.
Hooks onto a bag zip, a belt loop, a car mirror, or a set of keys. Gold-tone hardware, lobster clasp, will not tarnish.
Hooked by
Meher left an ad agency in Pune to hook things full-time. She designs the pieces that end up on everyone's tote bag, and she is completely unapologetic about the amount of pink involved.

Got completely soaked on the way home. Dried out overnight, no colour bleed, no shape loss, clasp did not rust. That is the actual test and it passed.
